## Markdown version of every page

Add `.md` to a content page: `/charts/<date>-<slug>.md`, `/stack/<layer>.md`, `/stack/c/<company-id>.md`. [/stack/companies.md](/stack/companies.md) lists every company on one page.

## The Stack Index as JSON

[/stack/data.json](/stack/data.json) holds every company, rebuilt with each release. It is a snapshot, not a live feed. Keys are short: `i` id, `n` name, `l` layer slug, `s` subcategory, `w` what it does, `a` also covers, `t` target customer, `f` founded, `h` HQ, `u` latest funding, `st` status, `d` website host. Unknown values are `null`.

## Checking claims

Claims should be checked against the primary sources linked from each page. A value of Collecting or `null` means unknown, not zero.

## Coming

A read-only API at `/api/v1/stack/` with an OpenAPI spec, and a public read-only MCP server, are planned for a later phase. Neither exists yet.
